- Ages: Middle and high school (entering grades 6-12)
- Dates: Friday, August 14 and Saturday, August 15
- Time: 10:00am-4:30pm
- Meals: Lunch included
- Location: Minnesota State University, Mankato Esports Facility (Wissink Hall 121)
- Cost:
- One Day: $106 ($100 plus $6 fees)
- Two Days: $186 ($175 plus $11 fees)

About the experience
Maverick Esports Summer Camp aims to bring the world of esports to middle and high school students by introducing core concepts of competition and performance to campers' favorite games. Campers will get to choose from several popular esport titles, including Valorant, Overwatch, and Marvel Rivals. They'll experience:
- How to play the game competitively.
- How to build healthy gaming and lifestyle habits for esports athletes
- Training to improve as a gamer.
- Introduction to staff and coaching roles in esports through college players and coaches, including topics like streaming, broadcasting, and personal branding.
Additionally, campers will get to form teams with the selected esports title and compete in a tournament against other campers while our production and broadcast team streams it live! This camp is aimed to introduce and develop the skills of the casual gamer and super competitor looking to join an esports roster at the University level! Note: Participants must have Steam, Battlefy, and Riot Games accounts to participate in camp activities. Please set up these accounts before arrival.
